Need to clean your wax warmer? It can be done in 4 easy steps.
This is what you’ll need:
- Nova Wax Warmer
- Paper towel
- Cotton rounds
The first step is to turn your Nova wax warmer on high and let the remaining wax melt. Once the warmer is hot, you can start scooping out the remaining wax in your warmer using a paper towel saturated in alcohol.
BE CAREFUL as the warmer is HOT 🔥
When you’ve removed as much of the wax as you can with the paper towel, the second step is to saturate the cotton rounds & scrub the warmer until it's free of wax residue.
I like to keep the warmer on high temp while I clean it, but if you don't feel comfortable doing that you can turn the heat down.
Remember the hotter the warmer, the easier the wax residue comes off.
The third step is to clean the outside of the warmer. I personally like to clean the outside of my wax warmers with @starpilwaxusa oil but you can choose your favorite. Oil is not as harsh as alcohol and won't rub the ink off your warmer (the alcohol will remove the numbers/ font of your warmer!!) The oil gives your warmer a nice shine & removes wax strings/ residue.
Lastly, the fourth and final step is to wipe the warmer down w a tissue removing any excess oil.
And there you have it! This is a quick and effective way to keep your Nova wax warmers clean and looking new for longer!
