We want to thank you for the overwhelming response from our Black Friday & Cyber Monday month-long Mashup sale. It was the BIGGEST and most successful sale that we have ever had! We received copious amounts of orders and we want to apologize for any packages that were delayed as we just simply didn’t have the manpower to get all orders out in time. After all, we are human and doing our best to get your Nova in SUPERNOVA speed but sometimes the universe works against us. (womp, womp)
Thank you all for understanding and being patient with us. It has truly been a VERY busy holiday season which we are extremely thankful for but we definitely will be more prepared for the rush next year!
In the midst of all the chaos, we received the same three questions from hundreds of you so we wanted to address them today.
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Do you offer samples?
At this current time, we do not offer any samples, but we do however offer a 500g quantity box which is a perfect small amount for sampling. It’s enough for a few small sessions that will determine whether Nova is the wax for you. We stand by our product and know that you will LOVE it. You can get it here
Do you offer training?
Nova does not offer product training but the founder, Liz Lugo, offers waxing technique training classes where she uses Nova wax for her demonstrations. She also has tutorials on her YouTube channel which are very helpful and informative- search “lizlugo” for her channel. You may call or text 760.708.6320 to get more information on her classes and schedule.
Do you offer international shipping?
If you haven’t already heard - we are excited to announce that we officially launched our online shipping last week (December 17th) so you can all FINALLY order Nova globally. We are constantly expanding and growing and doing our best to get you an amazing product anywhere you may be. If your country is not on the list - hang tight, we are adding more delivery locations gradually.
