We process orders Monday – Friday, excluding federal holidays* within the United States. Please note that we do not ship on weekends.
If you place your order after the cutoff times 1 PM (EST) for USPS and 3 PM (EST) for FedEx), the order will be processed and shipped the next business day (including priority orders).
Standard orders are shipped with FedEx and should be delivered within 3 to 5 business days following order confirmation. Please allow up to 2 additional days for rural zip codes. We also ship standard orders to US Territories, Alaska and Hawaii, which are shipped via USPS and may require additional time for delivery and may be subject to delivery restrictions based on the item type, weight, and size. During high season and sales, deliveries may take a bit longer.
Orders are subject to verification and approval before shipping and may take several days to process. If we are unable to verify your address, we may contact you to verify or provide an alternative address. If the address provided is unable to be verified after one week, your order will be canceled and a refund/credit added to your account. If an order is sent back to us due to an undeliverable address, the entire order will be refunded and a new order will need to be placed with an address we can verify.
Please verify that the delivery address entered at checkout is correct. Nova Wax is not responsible for any address errors made during the checkout process that might result in a delivery to the wrong address. If you made an error in your address, please contact us as soon as possible. If the order has not been shipped yet, we can update the address for you. If the order has been shipped and is in transit, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to update the address but we will do our very best to coordinate with the carrier on the change. If your package has been marked as delivered by the carrier, the customer will need to contact the carrier directly.
If you experience any issues with delivery, please contact the carrier directly. Once the package is picked up from our warehouse and is in the carrier's possession, Nova Wax has no control over the delivery or any issues encountered with the delivery. Any delays in transit are not the responsibility of Nova Wax.

Priority shipping orders received before 1 PM (EST) will be shipped the same day. Processing and shipping time does not include weekends. Orders placed on Friday after 1 PM (EST) for USPS and 3 PM (EST) FedEx will be processed the following Monday. Orders placed with expedited shipping on Saturday or Sunday will be processed the next business day.
Orders placed with Priority Processing will be prioritized over all other orders. Please note that Priority Processing only covers processing time and not transit time. If you require a quicker transit time, please select any of the express shipping options available based on the timeframe you need your order.
Shipping charges are based on package weight and destination and are set by the carrier and not by Nova Wax
Nova Wax offers free shipping on all U.S. orders over $75*, excluding tax.
*Please note that our free shipping over $75 policy does not apply to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Guam, or International Orders. AK/HI receive free shipping over $100.
Please check with your local customs authorities for any import restrictions before placing an order. Nova Wax does not verify customs restrictions and is not responsible for any packages denied or held atcustoms due to import restrictions.
Please note, all international packages may be subject to duties and taxes. The limits for duty-free packages are established by your local customs authorities. Please check your local customs website for further details.
Your local customs authorities may return your package to us if the duties and taxes are not paid in a timely manner, if the order is rejected by customs due to item restrictions, or the local post is unable to locate your address. Please do not refuse a shipment or ignore requests from carriers regarding duty and/or tax liability charges as they will only hold orders for a specified period of time before returning them to the sender.
To avoid a delay in receiving your order from customs, we recommend providing a phone number where you can be reached by customs when your product arrives.
If your order is returned to us by customs, a refund for the product will be issued once the package is processed by our warehouse. Original shipping costs will not be refunded for orders denied by customs. Please note that packages returned by customs can sometimes take an extended amount of time to return.
