Starpil is continuing to make health and safety the number one priority in our distribution center by implementing the highest safety standards.

Due to safety precautions and delivery service slowdowns beyond our control, there may be slight delays on outgoing orders. Fedex is unable to guarantee express shipping or returns at this time so we have temporarily extended our delivery timeframes by 2-5 days due to these new circumstances.

Priority and Express orders may not be fulfilled right away and we apologize for the inconvenience this may cause you. We are sincerely doing our very best to get your quality Starpil product to you as quickly as possible. Standard orders should be delivered within 3 to 5 business days following order confirmation. Please allow up to 2 additional days for rural zip codes. We also ship standard orders to US Territories, Alaska, Hawaii and APO/FPO/DPO addresses, which may require additional time for delivery and may be subject to delivery restrictions based on the item type, weight, and size. Please keep in mind our $100+ free shipping offer is excluded from all US territories. During high season and sales, deliveries may take a bit longer. PO Boxes & APO addresses are shipped via USPS only.

Orders are subject to verification and approval before shipping and may take several days to process. If we are unable to verify your address, we may contact you to verify or provide an alternative address. If the address provided is unable to be verified after one week, your order will be canceled and a refund/credit added to your account. If an order is sent back to us due to an undeliverable address, the entire order will be refunded and a new order will need to be placed with an address we can verify.

International shipping is available, and the options will vary depending on the country of delivery. All delivery options available for your zip code will be listed at checkout, along with pricing and estimated delivery dates.


We are currently only able to verify addresses from the following countries:

Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, Germany, France, Norway, Spain, Sweden, Israel, Italy.

We are still able to ship to countries not listed above, however, they will be sent out as unverified and Nova is not liable for any issues you may encounter with your delivery. Please ensure the address entered is correct. If the address provided is unable to be verified after one week, your order may be canceled and a refund/credit added to your account.

Duties & Taxes

Please note, all international packages may be subject to duties and taxes. The limits for duty-free packages are established by your local customs authorities. Please check your local customs website for further details.

Depending on the country, some carriers will provide an additional option of full customs clearance - with all Duties & Taxes prepaid and guaranteed. Your local customs authorities may return your package to us if the duties and taxes are not paid in a timely manner, if the order is rejected by customs due to item restrictions, or the local post is unable to locate your address. Please do not refuse a shipment or ignore requests from carriers regarding duty and/or tax liability charges as they will only hold orders for a specified period of time before returning them to the sender.  

To avoid a delay in receiving your order from customs, we recommend providing a phone number where you can be reached by customs when your product arrives.

If your order is returned to us by customs, a refund will be issued once the package is processed by our warehouse. Please note that packages returned by customs can sometimes take an extended amount of time to return.
