Refund policy

RETURN POLICY

At Nova Wax, your satisfaction is our top priority—but we understand that sometimes a product just doesn’t work out. We gladly accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of purchase or order confirmation. Wax is NOT eligible for a refund. 

We’ll provide a pre-paid return label for your convenience. Once the returned item is received and confirmed to be in resellable condition, we’ll process your refund minus the cost of the return shipping label.

WARMER REFUNDS/REPLACEMENTS: 

All Nova Wax Warmers are tested internally to ensure they are functional and are inspected for cosmetic damage prior to shipment.

If your warmer has a defect or a malfunction that affects heating/functionality, eligibility depends on when the issue occurs:
  • Within 30 days of the original purchase date: You may be eligible for a refund once the defective unit is returned and received. To begin the process, send your order number along with photos/videos of the issue.

  • After 30 days and up to 12 months from the original purchase date: The warmer is covered under a limited warranty that provides a replacement warmer only. No refunds are offered after the 30-day window.
The limited warranty covers malfunctions or defects that affect the warmer's functionality. It does not cover cosmetic damage such as scratches, dents, or other physical damage that does not affect functionality. Cosmetic damage in transit is not the responsibility of Nova Wax. If a replacement is requested due to cosmetic damage, return shipping is the customer's responsibility, and a replacement will be sent once the original warmer is received at the warehouse. In cases of extreme damage, please contact support for a solution.

Additional Terms:

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • Customers are responsible for ensuring that all return items are sent back in unused, unopened, and original condition unless otherwise stated.

  • Opened or used items will not be eligible for return or refund and will not be sent back to the customer.

  • All kits and bundles must be returned in full—we do not accept partial returns for these items due to inventory purposes.

  • Wholesale orders are final sale and not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds for any reason.

  • Returns are only accepted for items purchased directly from nova-wax.com. If purchased elsewhere (e.g., Amazon), please contact the original retailer.

  • Our products are intended for licensed professionals and students. If you are not a student or licensed professional, we will not accept returns related to product performance or preferences.

A Return Authorization must be obtained prior to sending your order back. Please email support@nova-wax.com or call us at 1-(424) 543-2681 to begin the return process.
