Learn How to Use Your Warmer

Professional Hard Wax Warmer

INSTRUCTIONS

  • Place Nova Wax Hard Wax into the warmer, turn the power on, and place the lid on top
  • For a full warmer, set the temperature to the max temperature (120°) to begin the
melting process. Pro Tip: Don’t melt the wax all the way to liquid form before
lowering the temperature to maintenance level as this will affect the consistency.
  • After 5 to 10 minutes, lower the temperature to around 75°
  • Check on the wax every 5 minutes and adjust the temperature as needed based
on how the wax is melting.
  • Continue adjusting the temperature until the wax reaches a thick, honey-like consistency. If you are able to “scoop” the wax with the spatula and twirl it without it dripping or
falling off the stick, you’ve got the right consistency!
  • Maintenance temperature will be around 65° - 75° depending on how full your
warmer is, and what the temperature of the room is like. Adjust as needed
    to maintain proper consistency.

We highly recommend turning off your large wax warmer after you are finished using it. Leaving it on overnight can shorten the lifespan of your warmer and can be dangerous.

For our Large warmer, we do NOT recommend it due to the wattage and size. Other Nova Warmers are compatible with other voltages, as long as a converter is used.

Nova Wax does not sell converters with the Wax Warmers.*

Yes! If Nova is your one and only formula (as it should be) you are free to heat wax directly in the warmer well. Please note that without the tin the wax will heat much quicker, so adjust the temperature accordingly to ensure the wax is still at proper consistency for a safe and effective application.
